The SHAKTI Society is dedicated to empowering women and promoting inclusive development through education, awareness, and community engagement. The primary objective of both the national and international seminar series conducted under the SHAKTI platform is to foster academic collaborations, facilitate knowledge exchange,
promote higher education opportunities, and create pathways for student internships and skill development. These initiatives aim to connect students, educators, and communities, encouraging meaningful dialogue and capacity building for sustainable social progress.
Under the broader SHAKTI umbrella, our activities are closely aligned with the nationwide Nari Setu Bharat movement, which focuses on the holistic development of rural women and the promotion of girl child education. The society strongly believes that empowering women through education, awareness, and skill-building is essential
for building self-reliant families and progressive communities.
Over the years, SHAKTI has actively organized women empowerment programs in several rural villages. These initiatives include creating awareness about various government welfare schemes and financial support programs available for women, promoting digital literacy to help women access online services and information, and
conducting sessions on health, hygiene, and nutrition. Such activities have enabled women and young girls to become more informed, confident, and capable of participating actively in social and economic activities.
Through its continued efforts, the SHAKTI Society aspires to build a supportive network that nurtures education, leadership, and self-reliance among women, thereby contributing to the vision of an inclusive and empowered society.
