The Placement Cell, Hansraj College is a student run body, headed by teacher conveners appointed by the college administration, working towards the common goal of getting students placed in various firms. The team consists of diligent individuals ensuring smooth placement drives for recruiters.
Among the top recruiters of the college are eminent and distinguished organisations like Bain & Co., Kearney, LEK Consulting, Accenture Strategy, ZS Associates, United Airlines, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC and has attracted recruiters operating in varied industries like Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
The remarkable success of the Phase – I of the Placement Season 2022-23, which saw a substantial surge in the number of recruiters and offers rolled out to the students, is a testament to the quality, skill set and diligence of the student pool of Hansraj College. We hope with the onset of the new Placement Season, the cell continues to strive hard and reach unfathomable heights of success!

The Placement Cell, Hansraj College bridges the gap between the students and recruiters as well as assists both parties in conducting a smooth and hassle-free placement drive. It works round the year except during examinations and mentioned holidays.
STEP 01
Companies willing to recruit from Hansraj College can connect with us at placementhansraj@hrc.du.ac.in or get in touch with any of our Placement Coordinators. A Job Description Form (JDF) is then mailed by the Placement Team which is to be duly filled and submitted by the company. The JDF asks for information which facilitates circulation of concrete information amongst the students.
STEP 02
The Placement Cell segregates companies into 3 tiers on the basis of the CTC offered. The tier system does not discriminate between the recruitment procedure. It only ensures a smooth drive with minimum waste of job offers.
STEP 03
The Placement Cell assigns a Point of Contact to every company recruiting from Hansraj to facilitate a seamless placement process. The recruitment process includes but is not limited to Pre-Placement Talk, CV Shortlisting, Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Interviews.
STEP 04
After the completion of the recruitment process, the results and the acceptance of the students shall be coursed through the Placement Cell to the selected candidates. Selected candidates after the due procedure will maintain direct contact with the company regarding further details such as joining date, location, etc.
