The Internship Cell, Hans Raj College is a student run body headed by teacher convenors appointed by the college administration, working towards the common goal of providing students with a wide range of internship opportunities, thereby acting as a building block in enhancing their corporate proficiency and training them to step into the vast corporate world. The Internship Cell is consistent with its commitment to discover new prospects and opportunities hence catering to the most imperative demand of college students.

The Internship Fair 2021

Carrying the initiative forward, The Internship Cell organises its annual flagship event - The Internship Fair, aiming to target a wider student audience. The event aims to target all those renowned enterprises that are looking for young and spirited enthusiasts for interning with them and to amalgamate the best internship opportunities for all students in and out of Hansraj College.

Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Internship Fair 2021 was held over a virtual platform with 4500+ student registration from PAN India colleges and 45+ acclaimed companies and organisations like IIFL Securities Ltd., Collegedunia, DishTV, Josh Talks, Zee Entertainment, Child Rights and You (CRY)

Internship Process

Once the link is established, the company is required to send a job description and fill up a form as a part of the initial process. Once this is done, the rest of the process is followed.

STEP 01

PRE-INTERNSHIP SKETCH

This step deals with the details that are to be provided by the company. Officials are required to give the overview of the company and its operation and help students understand the internship role and responsibilities.

STEP 02

SUBMISSION OF CV’s

The Internship Cell would provide the company with CV’s of interested candidates.

STEP 03

GROUP DISCUSSION OR TEST

This option will be available to all Organizations who wish to make it a part of their Internship Process

STEP 04

INTERVIEWS

The venue will be dependent upon the recruiter- both on and off campus interviews are prevalent

STEP 05

FINAL OFFERS

Selected candidates, after the completion of the procedure, will maintain direct contact with the company for further details such as Joining, Data, Location etc.
