The Language lab and Media Centre at Hansraj College was inaugurated on 26th July, 2017 by Shri Prabodh Mahajan (Chairman of the Hansraj College Governing Body) and Prof. (Dr.) Rama (Principal).

It's an acoustically efficient media centre that this soundproofed. It has sturdy walls to keep any disturbance out. It has three rooms, as well as a waiting lounge. The rooms are outfitted with the most up-to-date computer systems as well as other necessary equipment such as printers, microphone systems, and audio mixer soundboard consoles.

All the equipment and the soundproofing ensure that a speaker will not be disturbed. Hence, the room is ideal for the purposes of recording podcasts or holding online events.
