Hansraj College has been consistent with it’s top ranking in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF, under Ministry of Education, Govt. of India). The College is also known conducting innovative training programs and short-term certificate courses that are ‘non-credit’ in nature.

With the introduction to of such courses and training programes, Hansraj College strives for holistic development of student’s community who may be a part of the College or studying in any department or institution of Delhi University or may also be studying elsewhere.

Hans Raj College also conducts short-term certificate courses in association with other training institutions and industry partners for better learning experience and practical exposure that may also add to enhance employability of student.

Important information:

  • Admission to courses are open to all students (within and outside HRC)
  • Upon successful completion, learners shall be awarded with Course Completion Certificate only by the Hansraj College jointly signed by the training partner organization.All courses are under add-on certificate courses and arealso non-credit courses where students won’t be given any marks.
  • Application for admission shall be accepted on first come first serve basis and may be subject to screening.
  • Fee for above programs may be permitted to submit in installments.
  • Any fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
  • Mode of course delivery (i.e., online, offline, hybrid classes, etc.) varies from course to course. Schedule of classes for various courses may be on weekends and in case of offline classes, the same at may also be conducted at training partners’ location or in HRC.
  • Students shall be required to get themselves familiar with all details before enrolling in any of the certificate courses.
  • Students shall be required to attend all classes as scheduled by the respective course coordinators or the training partners. Requests for provision of any recordings or backup classes will not be considered.
  • Candidates may enroll for more than one course(s) simultaneously.

Admission procedure

Application for admission process in Hansraj College’s Certificate Courses

Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass can apply. Candidates already appeared in qualifying exams and awaiting results may also apply. Students already pursuing graduation degree or other courses in Delhi University or other institutions/universities can also apply.

How to apply in Hansraj College’s Certificate Courses?

  • Application forms for admission in short-term certificate courses offered by the College in are open round the year.
  • Admissions are, generally, done on first-come-first-served basis after receipt of completed application form.

Admission Process (Offline) and documents required:

  • Submit completed application form (download form link) with:
    • Two passport sized colored photos
    • Self-attested copies of address and ID proof
    • Self-attested copy of existing student ID (if any)
    • Self-attested copies passing certificate or marksheet(s) of qualifying exams
    • Rs.200/- in form of cash or demand Draft (DD) towards registration (non-refundable)
