Rules and Regulations

Books from other libraries are not allowed inside the Library.
Only Hans Raj College Students are allowed inside the Library.
Books will not be reissued on the same day of return.
Books will not be returned on the same day of issue.
Damage and misuse of Library material and equipment are not allowed.
All the members must show their identity cards at the check point while entering the Library.
Eating, Drinking and Smoking are strictly prohibited.
Complete silence is to be observed inside the Library.
All bags and personal belongings must be left at the property counter.
Members should not keep their money, ornaments, mobile and any other valuable items at the property counter. In case they do so it will be at their own risk.
The Members shall carry only essential stationery items inside the library.
All members must put their Mobile phones on either vibration or silent mode inside the Library.
