दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर-कॉलेज टेनिस टूर्नामेंट 2025-26 की शुरुआत 4 नवम्बर 2025 को हुई, जिसका आयोजन लेडी श्रीराम कॉलेज (LSR) में किया गया। पहले राउंड में हंसराज कॉलेज ने श्रीराम कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स (SRCC) को 2-0 से हराकर क्वार्टर फाइनल में जगह बनाई।

हंसराज की ऋद्धिमा मिश्रा ने भूमि कक्कर को 6-3 से मात दी, जबकि शताक्षी चौधरी ने पुष्टि लड्डा को 6-2 से हराया।

दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के हंसराज कॉलेज में “सतर्कता – हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी” विषय पर विजिलेंस जागरूकता संगोष्ठी का आयोजन 4 नवम्बर, मंगलवार को कॉलेज लाइब्रेरी के तत्वावधान में तथा एयरपोर्ट्स अथॉरिटी ऑफ़ इंडिया (AAI) के सहयोग से किया गया। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के मुख्य सतर्कता अधिकारी प्रो. गजेन्द्र सिंह रहे, जबकि कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कॉलेज की प्राचार्या प्रो. रमा ने की।

अपने संबोधन में प्रो. सिंह ने कहा कि सतर्कता केवल भ्रष्टाचार से बचने का उपाय नहीं है, बल्कि यह जीवन के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में नैतिक विवेक को जाग्रत रखने की प्रक्रिया है। उन्होंने छात्रों से अपने हर निर्णय में ईमानदारी, सजगता और जिम्मेदारी को प्राथमिकता देने का आह्वान किया।

A Vigilance Awareness Seminar on “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” was held at the seminar hall of Hansraj College. The event was organized by the College Library in collaboration with the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The Chief Guest of the seminar was Professor Gajendra Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer, University of Delhi, and the session was chaired by the College Principal, Dr. Rama.

In his address, Professor Singh emphasized that vigilance goes beyond merely avoiding corruption—it is about keeping one’s moral consciousness awake in every situation. He encouraged students to remain alert and uphold ethical values in all their decisions.

INTERVIEW | “Hansraj bridges gap between theory and practical learning”

The Delhi University’s (DU) Hansraj College has secured the third position in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025 ranking for colleges, recording its best-ever performance after a jump of nine spots from last year.

Ifrah Mufti spoke to Hansraj College Principal Professor Dr. Rama Sharma about the factors behind this achievement, the challenges faced, and the vision for the future.

What key factors led to Hansraj’s third rank in NIRF 2025 rankings?

One of the biggest reasons has been our faculty strengthening their research. Not only has there been an increase in publications, but also a sharper focus on high-quality journals like Scopus and Web of Science. Our research score is among the highest in top colleges.

Another factor has been student progression — placements, internships, and fostering startups. We improved the student–teacher ratio by recruiting permanent faculty, which enhanced teaching quality. I am also pleased about expanding scholarships and financial assistance for needy students so that no one is deprived of opportunities due to lack of resources.

Collaborations with foundations and industry partners have supported application-oriented learning, bridging theory and practice. We also introduced short-term and add-on courses in AI, data science, and even prompt engineering. These initiatives created a student-friendly environment that boosted academic, financial, and professional growth. Broadly, they have been integral to our rise in rankings.

How does the college plan to build on this success in the coming years?

We are delighted with the performance but not driven only by rankings. Our reforms aim to strengthen the teaching-learning ecosystem of the college, not chase numbers. Going forward, the focus will be on maintaining our strengths, bridging gaps, and nurturing skills of our students for the world beyond classrooms.

Are there any specific academic or infrastructural improvements made that played a major role in improving the NIRF score?

Yes, several. We enhanced the library with global databases and journals, revamped labs for science and computer students, and equipped classrooms with smart tools. Sports infrastructure and campus facilities were also refurbished. Collectively, these improvements transformed pedagogy and experiential learning for students.

How does the college ensure quality teaching and research, which are important parameters in the NIRF rankings?

We motivate faculty to publish high-quality, results-driven work and track progress periodically. A strong culture of peer collaboration is central to Hansraj. Teachers are encouraged to upgrade themselves through Faculty Development Programmes, Refresher Courses, and Conferences. They share new insights with students, making teaching-learning a continuous and evolving process.

What measures does the college take to promote research culture among both students and faculty?

Our Research Development Cell has been instrumental in inculcating a robust research culture. It funds projects where faculty and students collaborate, giving young researchers practical exposure early on. This cultivates both research skills and a spirit of inquiry, in sync with the NEP’s focus on integrating research into the curriculum.

What innovative teaching practices or programmes set Hansraj apart?

Our Teacher Training Centre supports faculty in staying updated with emerging pedagogical frameworks and technological advancements. We regularly organise workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote interdisciplinary learning by connecting academia, industry, and policy. These activities bring fresh perspectives and ensure classrooms remain vibrant and engaging.

How do you support students in co-curricular activities, skill development and employability enhancement?

Our focus is holistic growth of the students. With over 60 active societies, students meaningfully engage beyond academics. Our short-term courses, workshops, and collaborations with industries promote skill development. The placement cell not only connects students with recruiters but also trains them in interpersonal skills, preparing them for life beyond college.

Hansraj's rise to the third position this year was largely attributed to its strategic shift towards high-quality research. Principal Rama described the college's research initiatives as a defining strength, particularly its focus on publishing in globally recognised journals. "We secured the highest research score among the top colleges, thanks to our emphasis on impactful research", she said. ‘Better student-teacher ratio, infra upgrade’ behind Hansraj College’s big leap in NIRF rankings

The Delhi University’s (DU) Hansraj College has secured the third position in the National Institutional Ranking Framework’s ranking for colleges in the country, recording its best-ever position after a jump of nine spots from the last year Principal Prof. Rama Sharma called the improvement in the ranking a recognition of the institution’s “collective spirit”. “We are never solely influenced by ranking. Our main goal is that we continue to provide value-oriented education and honour the legacy of our founders,” she said. Founded in 1948, a year after Independence, and named after educationist Mahatma Hansraj, the college has long been considered one of the DU’s most sought-after. The Hansraj College has recorded a steady performance in the ranking since 2022, when it was ranked 14th. For the next two years, it held the 12th rank, before leaping to the third spot this year. Sharma said every member of the college, including professors, students, non-teaching staff, and also the well-wishers, shares the credit for the performance. “This achievement is the outcome of sustained efforts across academics, research, infrastructure, and student support over the past several years,” she told ThePrint. Tracing the college’s journey, she explained that Hansraj has been built on the belief that education is integral to shaping the nation. She underlined that every effort of the institution, whether through research, teaching, or outreach, was tied to this commitment. “A defining strength of Hansraj’s performance has been its focus on quality research. Among the top five-ranked colleges this year, Hansraj secured the highest research score. This reflects a deliberate shift towards publishing in globally recognised journals such as Scopus and Web of Science. Teachers have been encouraged and incentivised to pursue impactful work, while the Research Development Cell has actively funded projects by both teachers and students, fostering a strong research culture on campus,” she said. Recruitment of permanent faculty over the last three years has significantly improved the student–teacher ratio, she said. “Infrastructure has also seen major strides, with expanded library resources providing access to world-class journals, books, and software, and increased lab funding strengthening science and computer science education.”

प्राचार्या प्रो. रमा ने कहा कि हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि हमारे सामने एक और बड़ा संकल्प है। विकसित भारत 2047 का हंसराज जिन आदर्शों से निर्मित हुआ, उनकी चेतना में शिक्षा का अर्थ राष्ट्रनिर्माण है। उन्होंने कहा कि विकसित भारत के
लक्ष्य में हंसराज परिवार का हर सदस्य तन, मन और धन से योगदान देगा क्योंकि राष्ट्र सर्वोपरि है। उन्होंने कहा कि हंसराज कॉलेज की प्रतिष्ठा और गरिमा केवल एक शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि नहीं है बल्कि उसकी बुनियाद महामना दयानंद सरस्वती की
तपस्या और महात्मा हंसराज के त्याग पर टिकी हुई है। 1948 से स्थापित इस संस्थान ने हमेशा यही प्रयास किया है कि विद्यार्थियों को केवल ज्ञान ही नहीं, बल्कि संस्कार और समाज के प्रति उत्तरदायित्व का भाव भी मिले।

इस बार NIRF की रैंकिंग में तीसरे स्थान पर दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी का हंसराज कॉलेज रहा है. जहां हंसराज कॉलेज अपने नॉटेबल इल्यूमिनाई की वजह से देश भर में जाना जाता है. वहीं हंसराज कॉलेज की पढ़ाई के बारे में भी कहा जाता है कि यह उच्चतम स्तर की पढ़ाई करवाते हैं और यहां के बच्चे काफी ज्यादा पढ़ाई में तेज होते हैं. कॉलेज की स्थापना D.A.V द्वारा की गई थी. 26 जुलाई, 1948 को महर्षि दयानंद सरस्वती और महात्मा हंसराज की याद में कॉलेज मैनेजिंग कमेटी ने इस कॉलेज की स्थापना की थी.

चौथे वर्ष में प्रवेश लेने वाले छात्रों के लिए पढ़ाई का पहला दिन है। कॉलेजों ने नए सत्र के लिए तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं।
डीयू के कॉलेजों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि छात्र दाखिला की फीस की पर्ची और प्रामाणिक परिचय पत्र के साथ कक्षाओं में प्रवेश पा
सकते हैं। यहीं कॉलेजों ने एकेडमिक कैलेंडर, कक्षाओं की जानकारी, टाइम टेबल, सुरक्षा संबंधी जानकारी,एंटी रैगिंग स्वॉड,
आंतरिक शिकायत समिति सहित अन्य समितियों का भी गठन कर लिया है।
छात्रों की सहूलियत का कॉलेज रख रहे पूरा ध्यान छात्रों को पहले दिन कॉलेज में किसी तरह की दिक्कत न हो इसके लिए
छात्रों की सहूलियत का पूरा ध्यान कॉलेज प्रिंसिपल रख रहे हैं।
हंसराज कॉलेज में वैदिक परंपरा से स्वागत हंसराज कॉलेज ने गुरुवार को डीएवी दर्शन और महात्मा हंसराज के आदर्शों के
अनुरूप हर साल की तरह इस साल भी यज्ञशाला में वैदिक हवन के साथ छात्रों का स्वागत किया गया। इसके बाद
औपचारिक ओरिएंटेशन सत्र आयोजित किया गया। कॉलेज ने सूचित किया है कि विभिन्न विभागों की ओर से ओरिएंटेशन 1

दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के हंसराज कॉलेज में शुक्रवार से शुरू हो रहे नए सत्र के विद्यार्थियों के लिए गुरुवार को ओरिएंटेशन
कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों के लिए आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों को कॉलेज के
इतिहास, परंपरा के साथ ही यहां संचालित होने वाले पाठ्यक्रमों और उसके विविध पक्षों से परिचित कराया गया। यह
जानकारी कॉलेज ने गुरुवार को एक बयान में दी।
कॉलेज की प्राचार्या प्रो. रमा ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए नए वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को कॉलेज जीवन के महत्व, उसके
सार्थक उपयोग, दृष्टि निर्माण के लिए जरूरी तत्वों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को अनुशासन, मर्यादा
और जीवन जीने की कला के साथ अकादमिक उत्कर्ष के लिए सतत सचेत रहने और अपने लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए कठिन
परिश्रम करने का आह्वान किया।
कॉलेज की उपप्राचार्या प्रो. विजय रानी पालीवाल ने विद्यार्थियों को कॉलेज की संरचनाओं, सुविधाओं एवं विविध समितियों
तथा प्रकोष्ठों से परिचय करवाया। उन्होंने कॉलेज में शोध, नवाचार, अकादमिक नियमावली से जुड़े पक्षों को भी साझा किया
साथ ही कॉलेज के अकादमिक वातावरण और उसकी विशेषताओं के बारे में जानकारी दी।
अकादमिक प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के डॉ. अनिमेष नस्कर ने नए सत्र के प्रश्न-पत्रों, पाठ्यक्रमों और उसकी
शर्तों आदि को बड़े ही प्रभावशाली एवं रोचक ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया। कॉलेज के मनोविज्ञान सलाहकार रेचल और महक ने
विद्यार्थियों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक किया।

आदि को बड़े ही प्रभावशाली एवं रोचक ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया। यह प्रस्तुति विद्यार्थियों के लिए अगले सत्र की योजना बनाने की
दृष्टि से बेहद उपयोगी रहा। इसके साथ ही गैर शैक्षिक गतिविधियों से जुड़ी समितियों की संयोजिका वैशाली वर्मा ने कॉलेज
की सांस्कृतिक गतिविधयों एवं साठ से अधिक कॉलेज की समितियों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जबकि खेलकूद सम्बन्धी
सुविधाओं और शर्तों से सबंधित प्रस्तुति शारीरिक विज्ञानं विभाग की डॉ. रचना शर्मा ने दिया. उन्होंने हंसराज कॉलेज की
खेलकूद से सम्बंधित उपलब्धियों को भी सामने रखा।
कॉलेज के मनोविज्ञान सलाहकार रेचल और महक ने विद्यार्थियों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक किया तथा किसी भी
तरह के मानसिक दबाव, तनाव या अवसाद की स्थिति में उनसे संपर्क कर अपनी समस्याओं को खुलकर बताने का आह्वान
किया। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि आपकी मनोवैज्ञानिक समस्याओं एवं उलझनों को सुलझाने के लिए हम सदैव आपके साथ हैं।
कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय कुलगीत एवं डीएवी गान से हुआ जबकि अंत में कार्यक्रम संयोजिका वैशाली वर्मा ने

Viksit Bharat Youth Connect program organized in Hansraj College

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has emphasized the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for 'One Nation, One Election,' suggesting that this system is essential for India's progress. 

"PM Modi stated that to move the country forward, elections should be held every five years, followed by five years of uninterrupted work," Rijiju noted. He revealed that the report on 'One Nation, One Election,' prepared under the leadership of former President Ram Nath Kovind, will soon be presented in Parliament.

Rijiju underscored the significance of unified voting, saying, "We need this system because we are one nation, and a single electoral process should apply uniformly across the country."

He pointed out that the Parliament session set for November 25 will introduce multiple bills, with discussions on major issues like 'One Nation, One Election' expected to be part of the agenda.

Youth should share their ideas and suggestions and contribute in building a developed India. This appeal to the youth was made by Union Parliamentary and Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, the keynote speaker on the occasion of the India Youth Connect program developed at Hansraj College of Delhi University.

केंद्रीय मंत्री किरण रिजिजू सोमवार को दिल्ली के हंसराज कॉलेज में विकसित भारत-राजदूत युवा कनेक्ट कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए। इस दौरान विकसित भारत-एंबेसडर युवा कनेक्ट कार्यक्रम में केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने कहा कि विकसित भारत कार्यक्रम हमारे लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि विकसित राष्ट्र बनने के लिए हमें युवाओं को जोड़ने की जरूरत है।

आगे कहा कि आज मैं अपने विद्यालय हंसराज कॉलेज आया हूं। 2047 तक भारत को एक विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के लिए हमें युवाओं से जुड़ना होगा और उनकी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। युवाओं की भागीदारी के बिना हम एक विकसित राष्ट्र कैसे बन सकते हैं।

‘एक राष्ट्र एक चुनाव’ पर केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने कहा कि कुछ लोग संविधान को तो रखते हैं लेकिन संविधान की मूल बातें और महत्व को नहीं समझते हैं। मैं चाहता हूं कि हर भारतीय को संविधान के बारे में पता होना चाहिए। हम संविधान सदन में संविधान दिवस मनाने जा रहे हैं। हम पुस्तिकाएं छाप रहे हैं जो आपके साथ साझा की जाएंगी। हम एक पुस्तक ला रहे हैं जिसमें चित्र होंगे।

Delhi: On 'One Nation One Election', Union Minister Kiren Rijiju says "Some people hold the Constitution but do not understand the basics and the importance of the Constitution. I want every Indian should know about the Constitution...We are going to celebrate Constitution Day in Samvidhan Sadan. We are printing the booklets which will be shared with you...We are bringing out a book which will have pictures...In every chapter, every part of the constitution there will be some pictures...There is a small booklet of the Constitution in which the basic information of the Constitution will be there. There will be another slightly bigger book which will have the making of the Indian constitution and its glorious journey...We show when the constitution amendments have happened and other details..."

शिक्षक दिवस के अवसर पर दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के हंसराज कॉलेज में दूसरी महर्षि दयानंद स्मृति व्याख्यान श्रृंखला का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा में गुरु के महत्व पर बोलते हुए कहा कि किसी भी समाज के निर्माण में शिक्षकों की भूमिका केंद्रीय होती है. शिक्षक समाज की दशा और दिशा तय करते हैं। उन्होंने पूर्व राष्ट्रपति सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन के योगदान की सराहना की. कार्यक्रम में हंसराज कॉलेज के कुछ चयनित शिक्षकों को महात्मा हंसराज शिक्षा सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष को कॉलेज का सर्वोच्च सम्मान महात्मा हंसराज रत्न सम्मान कॉलेज प्राचार्य प्रो. रमा ने प्रदान किया।

On the occasion of Teacher's Day, Hansraj College, Delhi University organized the second Maharishi Dayanand Smriti Lecture Series. Speaking on the importance of Guru in Indian knowledge tradition on this occasion, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, the chief guest of the program, said that the role of teachers is central in the formation of any society. Teachers decide the condition and direction of the society.  He praised the contribution of former President Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. In the program, some selected teachers of Hansraj College were honored with Mahatma Hansraj Shiksha Samman. The college's highest honor, Mahatma Hansraj Ratna Samman, was presented to the Lok Sabha Speaker by the college principal Prof. Rama.

Jaishankar commenced his address by urging the audience to understand the gravity of "Viksit Bharat," stating, "Please don't think it's a slogan. It is something very serious that we are talking about."

नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के हंसराज कॉलेज में आयोजित विकसित भारत 2047 कार्यक्रम में विदेश मंत्री डॉ. एस जयशंकर ने कहा, भारत की छवि मित्रतापूर्ण लेकिन निष्पक्ष है। अगर आप आतंकवाद जैसी चुनौती को देखें, तो दुनिया मानती है कि आज का भारत आतंकवाद से बहुत अलग तरीके से निपटता है। इसकी तुलना बहुत सरल है, मुंबई हमलों के बाद क्या हुआ और उरी तथा बालाकोट हमले के बाद में क्या हुआ। विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर बोले, हम पर रूस से तेल न खरीदने का अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबाव था। भारत ने कहा कि हमारे हितों के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि हम तेल खरीदें और हमने इसे छिपाया नहीं। इसके बारे में हम बहुत खुलकर और ईमानदारी के साथ बहुत ही साहसी तरीके से निर्णय लिया। आज विश्व में भावना यह है कि भारत एक दृढ़ देश है लेकिन यह एक निष्पक्ष देश भी है।

Speaking at the Viksit Bharat 2047 program at Hansraj College in Delhi, EAM Jaishankar said, “Today if you look at the range, how digitized India has become. How many of you today anymore use cash? How many of you use your phone-based cashless payments? We think it is normal, but others don’t think that. In India, we do 10-11 billion cashless transactions per month. America does 4 billion in a year… China does a maximum of 20 billion in a year…”

26 जुलाई 2022 को हसंराज कॉलेज अपनी स्थापना के 75वें वर्ष में प्रवेश करने जा रहा है और इस अवसर पर वर्ष भर आयोजित होने वाले विविध कार्यक्रमों की शुरुआत 26 जुलाई को आयोजित होने वाले उद्घाटन समारोह के साथ होने जा रही है। 
इस कॉलेज के अनेक पूर्व विद्यार्थियों ने अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में शीर्ष स्थानों पर पहुंच कर कॉलेज का नाम रौशन किया है जिनमें केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजूजू, गुजरात के पूर्व राज्यपाल ओम प्रकाश कोहली, सुपर स्टार शाहरुख़ खान, फ्लाइट लेफ्टीनेंट गुंजन सक्सेना, पद्मश्री तोमियो मिजोकामी (जापान), भारत के पूर्व सोलिसिटर जनरल गोपाल सुब्रह्मण्यम सहित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अनेक अधिकारी तथा शिक्षा, सिनेमा, संस्कृति, मीडिया, राजनीति और ज्ञान-विज्ञान के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के अनेक विद्वान-विशेषज्ञ शामिल हैं।

हंसराज कॉलेज और पतंजलि योगपीठ के तत्त्वावधान में बैडमिंटन कोर्ट, कॉलेज परिसर में 13 जुलाई, 2022(बुद्धवार) से प्रतिदिन सुबह 7.15 बजे योग और ध्यान की आनंददायी क्रिया का प्रारंभ हुआ। दैनिक जागरण से बात करते हुए कॉलेज की प्राचार्या प्रो. (डॉ.) रमा ने कहा हंसराज कॉलेज अपने विद्यार्थियों को अब डिग्री के साथ योग रूपी जड़ी-बूटी भी देगा, जिससे कालेज के विद्यार्थी अपनी ज़िंदगी में कभी निराश व हताश नहीं होंगे। पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद समाज में जाकर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा फैलाएँगे।

भारत विकास परिषद् ने अपना 60 वां स्थापना दिवस 10 जुलाई को एनडीएमसी कान्वेंशन सेंटर में मनाया, जिसमें देशभर से उद्योगपति, शिक्षाविद एवं सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओ ने भाग लिया | इस दौरान देश के निर्माण में योगदान हेतु महिला सशक्ति सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन भी किया गया | जिसमें जवाहर लाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी की उप-कुलपति प्रोफेसर श्रीमती शांतिश्री धुलीपड़ी पंडित ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अनुपम योगदान के लिए हंसराज कॉलेज की प्रिंसिपल प्रोफेसर (डॉ.) रमा सहित 10 महिला प्राचार्यों को सम्मानित किया |  

In an interview with The Express, the Principal of Hansraj College, Prof.(Dr.) Rama talked on the topic of rising cut-offs for admission to the University of Delhi due to the result of the blended mode of learning which has been adopted since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic followed by the subsequent lockdowns. In this interview, she talked about what the students can expect in terms of cut-offs, the experience of teaching and learning during the pandemic, as well as the unique changes in terms of the courses and education Hansraj College offers.

24-25 सितंबर, 2021 को हंसराज कॉलेज की हिंदी वाद-विवाद समिति 'प्रस्ताव' ने महात्मा हंसराज राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद का गठन किया और इस दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों ने प्रधानमंत्री एवं सांसदों की भूमिका को निभाया। कार्यक्रम का प्रमुख उद्देश्य छात्रों को देश की नीति-निर्माण प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराना था। कार्यक्रम में विशेष अतिथि के तौर पर शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री सुभाष सरकार सम्मिलित हुए।

On October 8, 2021, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in cooperation with Hansraj College, launched the Mental Health Week initiative. Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Health and Family ‎Welfare, Chemicals and Fertilizers, and Prof. (Dr.) Rama, Principal of Hansraj, were present at the event. ‎Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya's address was broadcast live on Zoom.
