Dr. Himanshu Bagdi has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Hansraj College, University of Delhi, since November 2024. Prior to joining Hansraj College, he was associated with the TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Studies from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, Gujarat. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Panjab University, Chandigarh. Dr. Bagdi has also qualified the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) in Labour and Social Welfare, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Bagdi has published and co-authored research papers in Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, and ESCI-indexed journals. He also contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for various esteemed journals. His primary areas of research interest include Human Resource Management, Behavioural Intention, Online Learning, Higher Education Institutions, Entrepreneurship, and Social Welfare.
