Ritika Seth, an alumnus of Hansraj College [B.Com.(H)] and Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics [Ph.D. and M.Phil.(Finance)] holds the distinction of being Gold Medallist of University of Delhi in M.Com. Batch (2008-10). She received all the Four awards at the post graduate level for her excellent academic performance. Presently, She is working as Assistant Professor in Hansraj College, Delhi University. She cleared (NET + JRF) examination conducted by UGC in her first attempt and started her teaching career with Gargi College in July 2010. She also received numerous awards and prizes from Hansraj College for her distinct academic performance throughout. She has attended more than 40 National and International Conferences/ Seminars/ Webinars/ Workshops and also presented research papers in them. She is in receipt of five best research paper awards for her outstanding research work. She has more than 18 research papers published in National and International Journals of repute. She contributes as a Reviewer for Research papers in reputed journals. She has also acted as a Resource person on the topic "How to write a Research paper?" in several workshops organised by DU colleges.  She has also co-authored a book on Company and Compensation Laws and written modules on Financial Management for Government of India, MHRD PG E-Pathshala project. Her areas of interest include Business and Corporate Laws, Stock Market Performance and Asset Pricing.
