The principles on which NSS as an organization is built, has inherent characters in line with the cause of nation building through service.
We at Hansraj have been trying to follow and nurture the ideology of NSS in a manner that ensures meaningful participation of all stakeholders.

Being the convener and the program officer of NSS, Hansraj College, University of Delhi, my efforts will be towards channelizing potential of our member students to reach out to society and to create an ecosystem where idea of service of humanity is looked upon as a way of life and not just as a task.

We at NSS Hansraj have stood by the motto " Not Me But You ".

Even in the most difficult circumstances our volunteers have come forward to render assistance and help to the students, elderly and needy.

Through our various projects, we are spreading the light of knowledge, helping the needy and providing livelihoods to many. Together we stand by the people of our country and we always try to come forward to render all possible help, empathy, love, and peace. As the Convenor and the Programme Officer of NSS Hansraj, I wish to praise the team for making positive differences at multiple levels and in various ways.

I wish the team of NSS Hansraj the best in their future endeavours.

It has been my great pleasure to mentor the NSS Team for the year 2015-2016. The team has proved its mettle in shouldering every responsibility with utmost care and diligence.
I congratulate NSS Hans Raj for their unending efforts to spread smiles.

I would like to give out this message that we must all remember to do things that make life worthwhile.
In the words of Dalai Lama, "The goal is not to be better than the other man, but your previous self."
I hope NSS Hans Raj can induce this spirit of service among the youth of our country.
